For my final images I decided to make use of the photography studio. I took inspiration from the Haim Stenibach images and decided to use a wooden block and a grey background to add more texture and colour to the images as I had previously been concerned the vase was not standing out enough, particularly the white one.
I preferred the arrangement here of the book-ended colours with increasing height as opposed to putting the largest vase in the middle as I felt it looked more balanced this way. The grey and the wood complement the colours and textures of the vases where white would have been to harsh on its own.
I have edited these images carefully, reducing the temperature slightly, raising the contrast and the clarity and intensifying the blacks slightly.
